Wasting our time? American Plumbing Company, Gonzales, LA


We had a customer today that we called to let him know we were on our way. He said great. Upon arrival, our technician is greeted by 2 people that tell him don't bother somebody already came. We wasted our fuel and time for nothing. Then, the customer calls wanting to know where we are? Obviously, he was not at the home at the time of our technicians arrival. When we told him we already went to his home he asked us to return. So, what do we do? I'm leaning toward not. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
