It seems as though every week we hear, my other plumber was cheaper. When we ask, why did you not call him? They reply, he's no longer in business. Do you every wonder why? Obviously, he did not charge enough and he was not smart enough to figure it out for himself. Just another example that a cheap price is not always a bargain.
